Anyone have CW Skimmer Server working with the new DAX 4.2.18?

I have everything else working great, did all therecommended instal steps and did a factory reset after updating. DAX IQ is set to 1 and it shows as ready, but it never streams the IQ stream. It is as if it is waiting for CW skimmer to tell it to start.

It works fine on the older versions.

Thanks for any ideas.

    Thanks Ronny for confirming what I suspected. I only use CW Skimmer on 630 meters and i only use the 8600 for 630 meters now too so I will put it back to a previous version and put it on a mini PC. I don’t think SDC will post to the RBN site.

    You could try SDC Skimmer to replace CW Skimmer.

    DAX V2 seems to have rendered the CW Skimmer unusable for now. On the one hand, DAX V2 includes some improvements, but some programs no longer work. Because the IQ streams (soundcards) have been renamed, they are not recognized correctly by SDR-Bridge and Slicemaster.
    I tried to have a small program created via claude.ai because I’m not a good programmer. But it doesn’t seem to be working very well. The only solution right now is SDC Skimmer.

    I am also unable to get CW Skimmer working with 4.2.18. Worked fine with prior version.

    kevin, this program, still Beta, will get CW Skimmer working again I think, I haven’t tried it yet but will later today.

    Hi Guys, i had the same issue. i set up a new PC with win11. completly new. everything runs ok, only dax was not working. i found that if i put in my log program (UCX log) a receive channel in the soundcard tab, the channel maybe DAXRX1 was streaming. If i change to DAXIQ1, What makes no sense for the logprogram, the skimmer works, also the mtty machine runs. So for me it seem that the DAX is only streaming if a secondary program calls the channel from DAX. But that did not work with mtty and cw skimmer. Maybe that could be a hint. Mikel, DL9eca

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
