paying for my TGXL website does not work

This not 1990 this is 2021 , you build the best radio on the planet but you have problems with paying for the TGXL I guess I will fight the telephone tomorrow to pay for it.

    Flex can make very good radio but can't keep the website work. they will get a call from me in the morning.

    I also had trouble when buying my tuner . It sent me more than 1email saying it didn’t complete ( see email below) sooooo not only Jim maybe he and now I are the only ones to **** . I love the gear but Flex needs to do better.


    ((I have an question about this because I received a order # 26772 that confirmed my order went through and now getting a email that I left something behind ?? I ordered a tuner genius or I thought I did ))

    So I finally got JP to call me and confirm my purchase. I also signed into my credit card account and sure enough Flex hit my card . The bottom line is why as a customer do I have to go through this stress. And a good customer imho 6600m & pgxl, and 6400m.
