This issue was accompanied with non graceful shutdown. Has anyone seen this problem?

Has anyone encountered this issue? I have to take the battery out every time I am done using it or the battery will flatline within a day or two.

    OM Chris,

I suggest to charge the battery fully and leave it not connected to Maestro and after a few days check it it keeps charge. If it does, it means the fault is within Maestro, not battery.

    Contact Flex for advice.

    Hello Tom,

That is exactly what happens. Full charge and unplug charger. Even with battery removed and reinstalled. It isthe same thing.

Is this a genuine RRC battery? Or, a clone?
