My 6400M cutting out on tx with amp connected

Hi folks, I have a 6400M running to a resonant dipole about 40' up, powering through an ACOM 1500 Linear amp and a Palstar HF-Auto tuner. This is a new issue. Radio runs fine at 100W without the amp. Once I connect amp 6400m shuts down. I've checked power from the DM-330MV Alinco supply and no issues, I've changed out amps (tried both my Al-80B's- no luck- still shuts down), I've checked all patch cables. SWR is showing 1.02 to 1.05 at tuner. running version 4.0.1 on flex. I also have another 6400M and same issue. (runs fine at 100W but shuts down once amp is keyed). I have ferrites on most cables. Also have an MFJ 915 1:1 Current Balun on feed line to antenna.
Can't figure it out. Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks

This document helps explain it.

I agree with Mike, and will add USB cables to the PC as a potential source of problems. Also add ferrites to LAN cables that are not used for your radio - they can be the cause as well.
