It should be pretty quick — seconds. If, after refreshing and rebooting the radio you still have an issue, please open a support ticket.

I think I got it now I have NR NB and ANF The rest from the YouTube you did it everything is early access. So I think I'm good to go. The adjustable noise floor is really nice.

Just installed 4.0.1 and rebooted the radio and i get a screen that says "Feature license required"
So radio program will not boot up
I know it says that the license has to be re-validated. But the install notes don't say what you need to do to do that. So im stuck at this point . Iam connected to the internet. Not sure what to do?

Hi Scott, this sounds like the issue of upgrading from V2.12.1 to V4.0.1. You should submit a help desk ticket.

Hello Franz. There is not a license key. Open the same window from which you started the order process and you will now see that your subscription is active with its expiration date.

You should have received what Flex call an 'Auto Receipt' by email. Soon after, you should have had confirmation that the order completed, as below:
If not received, check your bank to see if the payment has been taken.
Quote your order number in a Help Desk ticket on Monday if the problem persists.

Okay, guys. After making the payment, you can either reboot the radio or press the refresh button to update your current license. I activated my license about 10 minutes after making the payment by pressing the refresh button without rebooting…

If you don’t get your license within 20 minutes and your credit card purchase was good, please open a support ticket. Provide your Invoice number and your Radio ID or Serial Number and we will get it sorted quickly.

Good morning Mike please help me. Please check with accounting; my credit card has now been charged four times for a total of $550. Two charges are correct: one for order #45271 ($149) and one for order #45340 ($100). The other two charges appear to be erroneous, specifically orders #44460 and #44453. I have contacted Helpdesk over request yesterday, but i think my english is not so good that he understood me correctly . 73 dj9fba0 -
If Mike does not happen to see this and the Helpdesk misunderstands you, you could do as I had to do which was email orders@FlexRadio.com - they were very quick to respond and fixed my issue.
In your message above, your English is perfect. Repeat what you said to Mike if you have to contact Flex again.
