Options

How can I change which products I own at the bottom of my profile?

If I select "Edit Profile" there is no provision to do so.

Hi Geoff… if it's any consolation, I asked the same question about a year or so ago when I switched to a 6700 and got no response either. There doesn't appear to be any way to edit/update 'Products owned' after the initial account setup.

I have no idea where that data comes from. It isn't in your profile, as I looked for something that sets it.

Don…OK, well I guess it is some consolation. At least 2 of us have asked.

    Mike…Should I give up?

Hi Mike… when you register, it's the 4th box down.

I understand that it's not in our profile .

I wonder where it's stored cuz it shows up as Geoff showed, when you look at 'About Me'.

It has to be in the database somewhere, I wonder who decided it should not be editable or why?

Clearly equipment owned changes over time.
