Flex-6700 on 2 remote sites with one SmartLink account

I have two remote sites with one Flex-6700 on each side. This works fine with separate SmartLink accounts. Now I removed one account and put both radios on the same account. When starting SmartSDR both radios are seen. But only one radio can be connected. The one which I moved to the common account is not connected. SmartSDR displays an error message, but no information why it cannot be connected. Do I need different ports for the radios?
Thanks for any ideas.

We have over a dozen radios on one account without issue.

What you can't do is use the same PC to connect to 2 radios at the same time.

Can you share a screen shot or video of what you are trying to do?

  • Hi Mike,
Thanks for quick reply. Problem is solved.
Was a router which has problems with „static“ DHCP.
As often, two issues at the same time.
I changed SmartLink account and router changed IP address.
    Thanks again.
