5 out of 7 mornings Smartlink has signed me out and I have to sign into my account.
The information is saved but when the Maestro is turned on it does not show any available radios and asks me to sign into Smartlink.
Is this a known issue?

Yes.
What happens is that you have lost connection to the SmartLink servers and you are then logged out. I see this on the evenings that I auto reboot my router (once/week).
And, yes, you do have to re-sign in when this happens.
Engineering is aware of the issue.

You shouldn't have to. I do as mine is remote and it is preventative maintenance. When I do it simulates a network outage and I see the exact same thing you have.
