microHAM CW Keyer

Hi

I am trying to use a paddle connected to a microHAM CW keyer, locally connected to my PC while radio is in another room. WKFlex is a cool solution but comes with a slight delay.

I love using directly a paddle or a straight key and not a very big fan of computer generated CW :-)

Is anybody else experimenting or using this scenario?

Thanks

I understand that drawback Mike. It is OK. It is working as expected.

I am just wondering if I really need the microHAM CW keyer or should I look at some other solutions.

I read somewhere about Serial over TCP. Would be possible to connect the Paddle this way?

I think this is a constant hunting for solutions to send CW with a paddle/key from your PC when the radio sit somewhere else in the world. CWX works fine but I tend to send faster from my paddle as I type :-)

I know you are more informed than us the "mortals" :-) about anything Flex Radio wise.

    Any new ideas?
