Setup for Heil Pro-Micro with Maestro using MIC2

I am trying to set up my Heil Pro-Micro (T/S mono plug) to interface with my Maestro. Bias is on on the Maestro and I have built an adapter cable to convert to the TRS jack on the Maestro. I can find little info on how the Heil Mic is wired. I have the drawing for the Maestro plug configuration. What should the wiring for my adapter cable be? I am using a foot switch in PTT for the TC PTT. Is there a Flex adapter cable for this Headset?

Also I have an FHM-3 Mic that was sent with the radio but it will not connect to the Maestro What do I need for the FHM-3 mic to use it on the Maestro?

FLEX has an adapter cable, It actually is the same as the Yaesu modular cable. Heil has a cable for the modular  jack on the Maestro. There is a less costly adapter from INRAD

TNX for the reply. Was the Heil adapter an AD-1-Y-M? It looks like the Kenwood adapter except the RJ45 color is yellow for the Yaesu?
