SmartLink service down

Looks like SmartLink service is down, can login however it keeps asking for user details which cannot be entered.

    I am still unable to connect with Smartlink in CT. This has been working. Is the system still down?

    Seems so. Have been up and down all evening here. 

    Suggestion to Flex... Open the possibility to connect remote without using the SmartLink server. The uptime of the service is not that impressive... Google should be your benchmark :D

    Do the math, what are the hours in service? and what are the hours down?  Answer?

    Once the service (servers) go down and you are remote, there's no way to remotely "wake up' your radio! Even if you have a VPN, there's no way to remotely reboot the radio or its software without additional hardware!

    The radio and the software in the radio is one of the same. This is why many use easy to use AC remote plugs.

    SmartLink is still down.  This is a Microsoft issue and they are working on it and out of our hands.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
