Looks like SmartLink service is down, can login however it keeps asking for user details which cannot be entered.

Seems so. Have been up and down all evening here.
Suggestion to Flex... Open the possibility to connect remote without using the SmartLink server. The uptime of the service is not that impressive... Google should be your benchmark

Once the service (servers) go down and you are remote, there's no way to remotely "wake up' your radio! Even if you have a VPN, there's no way to remotely reboot the radio or its software without additional hardware!

The radio and the software in the radio is one of the same. This is why many use easy to use AC remote plugs.0

SmartLink is still down. This is a Microsoft issue and they are working on it and out of our hands.
