Maestro Waterfall Disappears after 5-10 seconds

My Maestro waterfall disappears 5-10 seconds after connecting to the Flex-6600. The audio goes away with the waterfall. Meters stay on the screen. Same result if using battery or power supply. Now I'm getting an error message of "Waiting on Hardware Initialization (W, X,Y, Z, K,XTS,YTS, CSN, ETH)". Everything works fine on the PC. Just issues with the Maestro.

I often get this if the battery partially is discharged. Try a fully charged battery.

I let the unit set for a 1/2 hour after getting the error message. I rebooted then pulled the battery and plugged in the power supply. Same result. The waterfall and audio disappears after 5-10 seconds.

This is often related to a low or dead battery, either the internal battery or the add on battery (or both). Leave it plugged in overnight and try in the morning. Make sure the external power supple is actually plugged in and operational. Sometimes my cord works its way out.

That fixed the problem. I left it plugged in overnight. The internal battery must have been low.
