MFJ-1026 and Flex-6300 interfacing

How would you make connections between a Flex-6300 and an MFJ-1026? Is there a way to bypass completely the connection to the ANT 1 and use some sort of auxiliary recieve input, like with the Elekraft K3? Then I would not need to bother about connecting the PTT, nor swr, nor high power (because I have an AL-80B linear).

Thanks

    Try the XVTR port.

Salvador is correct.  On the 6300 the Transverter port doubles as an alternate receive port.

I use LoopA on my 6500 but not very happy with the MFJ-1026. It takes to long to setup for the return of reduction of noise. It will reduce noise and can be effective and if I had something on a frequency I used often I would find a way to deploy it.
