Based on the error message, the Flex1500USB.dll is either missing or the FLEX-1500 driver did not install properly and the DLL cannot communicate with the radio hardware..

    The flex1500usb.dll is missing.
    Which directory?

    Program files/FlexRadio Systems/PowerSDR v2.7.2

But I suspect you will find it there and the issue is your FLEX-1500 streaming USB drivers are not installing properly because you have the same problem with multiple version of PowerSDR.
