Flexradio will not power on when connected to Power Supply

I have a Flexradio 6400M which I haven't used in about two years. I also have a Flexradio 6400 which I have had since May 2023. I connected the 6400M to a power supply and nothing happens when I push the button on the Front. Even when I hold it in, nothing happens. I also tried the Flexradio 6400 today and the same thing happens. Could it possibly be that I have a power supply problem? I know that I have the Powerpole Connectors connected properly between the power supply and the radio. To be honest I don't know what the issue is. Any help would be very much appreciated.

Mark do you have a VOM, Volt-Ohm-Meter?

Mark, you may want to open a support ticket, but I would make 100% sure you have power on the end of the power cable. Given that 2 radios are failing it sounds like you have a power supply issue.

    Mike,

I did open a support ticket and Tim got back to me. I explained in more detail as to what was going on for him. I ordered a new Power Supply and 2 Powerpole Cables from Flexradio today. Not sure when I will receive them but I am hoping that will solve the problem. Thanks for responding.

Mark, give it a try and measure the voltage on the power cable. It is a good data point.
