How longs does it take to get the V3 update after purchased?

Purchased yesterday for my 6400M and it still tells I am only licensed to version 2.
Not sure how long it takes for my radio to see I purchased v3 so I can install and run.

Is your radio connected to a LAN segment with Internet access? If so and it still doesn't want to upgrade, submit a help desk ticket. Flex Support will get you going again,

For some updates, we have to do a manual registration. If you are still stuck drop me an email (mike@flexradio.com) and I'll check on it.

Yes, it can get to internet (downloaded latest 3.8.23 to it) but its still says "buy" for the license. Just got a message back they are asking licensing to look at it.

OK great! Once you get V3 running, check out SmartControl (section 9 in the Maestro manual). It will let you use SmartSDR for your panadapter/waterfall along with mouse and keyboard control while simultaneously using the knobs and buttons of your front panel. It is the best of both worlds - a huge display along with physical controls.

Huge display doesn’t require SmartSDR. Just plug your screen into the radio’s HDMI connector.

also, next to Buy there should be a refresh button (semi-circle with arrow). Chick that to refresh.

As Mike mentioned, there is a manual step that if you purchase the license after hours at Flex, it can take until the next business day to be done and ready for license refresh.
