PGXL remote software keeps saying "unauthorized"

I'm running the PGXL software remotely. It works fine but often has to "reconnect". Sometimes when it tries to reconnect it comes back as "unauthorized". I then have to close the window and manually tell it to reconnect. What's going on here?

    No, this has not been fixed. Mike claimed he opened a ticket for this but I never received any confirmation. I still have the same problem and I know of another VE3 who told me he has the same problem.

    You might want to reach out to 4O3A directly next. They are the owners of the software and have the source code. We would have passed on your concerns to 4O3A as the next level of support.

    Hi all,

    we're noticiing this same issue here. FW 3.8.9 … Anyone received any update on this so far?

    NB: I've submitted a ticket via the 4O3A website for another issue (that I'm now also discussing on this focues, since my ticket is obviously disappeared … and OE2GEN who has the same issue for many months, hasn't heard from 4O3A too … So I tried to submit a new ticket but get an

    Error

    timeout-or-duplicate

    error. Just noticed that it seems that the last response to any ticket is over 2 months. I wonder if there is an issue with their ticketing system (and if they know…).

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
