Flex 6500 Start up Anomaly

During start up of my 6500, I encounter a variety of errors. Smartsdr will freeze and must completely remove power to re boot the radio. Another error is no boot up at all. The last error is shown on the attached image. When I attempt to boot up the radio, I get this message on the 6500

The radio and PC are hard wired via my home newtwork.

Any troubleshooting suggestions appreciated.

Hi Bob, I would submit a help desk ticket. Flex Support will know what this means.

When I see that, it is usually related to a low voltage issue. Try just unplugging and replugging the DC cord on the back of the radio a few times and see if it goes away.
