Boot up problem

I have a problem with my 6600M booting up. The power button flashes 4 times and it will not boot up. I have seen a chart that says what it is on here somewhere, but can 't find it. I

    What colour is the led button when it flashes?

    Check your power supply voltage. 4 red flashes indicates an overvoltage condition.

    If the voltage is in spec (13.8 VDC +/- 15%), you should probably submit a help desk ticket.

    When the red LED on the front of a FLEX-6400/FLEX-6600 blinks four times, it is an indication that the voltage input to the radio is over the threshold (16V).  Power control will remove power from the  radio and wait for a restart.

    You need to check your power supply voltage.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
