It would nice to be able to delete any recorded Audio from the FLEX 6000 series without rebooting the radio.

It must be recorded as an audio file. Maybe Flex would divulge that information. Or, maybe it's recorded in the radio, then that is a whole different story.0

it's in the radio , or I would have said reboot the computer,

Perhaps a work-around would be to quickly double click the record button.0

I have noticed that each slice records its own audio. To erase them, double click the red record button in each slice.0

There are other recorder functions I'd like:
- Indication of how much is recorded in the buffer (time, kB, etc)
- Export / import of audio to PC (wav, mp3 formats?)
- Simple editing controls (playback a selection, eg.)?
It would be helpful to have a little block diagram that shows where in the "audio chain" the recording happens and where the playback is inserted (relative to gain, eq, processor settings etc.). Is the recorded signal, except for gain, the same as the MON output?

There is a third party program HDSDR that allows one to make IQ recordings up to 192 kHz. bandwidth. It's fun to monitor a segment of bandwidth at a later time.
