PGXL wont go to standby

This morning, the PGXL utility won't connect. Powerup runs all the self tests and all reports ok, but then does not change to standby. The screen reports DHCP has an IP address. If i press the operate/standby button it goes into operate and works just fine. Press the operate/standby button again it goes back to the self test screen. I have restarted, unplugged and left it sit a bit, reset the network router but no change in this. I can ping the IP address just fine. The startup screen of the utility reports the correct ip address, but does not connect.
It looks like the self-test gets stuck after completing the tests and does not finish to get to standby, Every other thing on the network is fine and internet access is fine.
Oh, I did the factory reset procedure but no change.
No other Flex equipment, just the PGXL.
Any suggestions?
Thanks and 73, Jim W4UCK

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
