I purchased a Flex 8400 in the USA and brought it to Brazil, but the radio won't activate the transmitter; it has an Interlock error, and I notice the reception has low sensitivity.

Most likely you will need to open a Help Desk ticket and get Flex Radio to send you a Turf file for your region.

Hi Marcos, Are you attempting to transmit in a US part of the band? If that is not the problem, try a factory reset after doing a profile export. In any event, you need to submit a help desk ticket for the proper turf file, as James mentioned.

I opened a support ticket, they sent the file, it changed to IARU region 2, but there's still no transmission. I'm noticing the reception is very low, very strange. After doing all the reset procedures from support and nothing being resolved, they're going to forward the ticket to the engineering team. Could it be a physical problem?0

Sounds like the symptoms of a coax, antenna problem. Some things to try: A dummy load bypassing all current coax connections, just to evaluate the transmitter; tune in a known good signal (maybe broadcast) and see what happens on receive.

Sounds like a CPU error. Flex may ask you to re-flash it using a SSB Thumb Drive.
