WTH? What is this error

I followed the instructions for new SDR and I get this error. Others say the upgrade went smoothly. What gives?

    Your update failed for some reason. Maybe your AV deleted the installation file.

    Give it a try again and if the problem continues, please open a support ticket.

    I have a support ticket open. Should the update file be 9600? I have just windows antivirus and haven't had a problem before with updates.

    I've run this update via the command prompt and get the same error. Not sure why this file can't be found.

    This is as far as it gets. I turned off all the windows AV and firewall stuff for this install. Not sure why DAX and CAT thinks my computer is not connected. That is the computer name for the computer being used.

    Maybe I should have gotten Elecraft or some other radio. An upgrade should not be this hard, with this many moving parts. Guess now I get to wait until Monday to see if Tim has any different ideas than what has been tried.
