Problem With Smartlink

in Remote Operation (SmartLink)

I'm getting this. Not sure what changed.

    On iOS when using smartlink every time I Tap Here To Connect it goes back to You are currently not connected. Tap here to connect. Those TCP and UDP ports are port forwarded. I even did DMZ and no luck. In SDR for Mac it says Manual ports failed, automatic port passed. Hole punch failed.

    Why are you using manual port forwarding?

    If you use Automatic, and your router supports uPNP, then should you have a SmartLink issue, rebooting the radio resolves your networking issues by sending new routing commands to the router.

    This is very useful if you find Networking confusing. Given your message, you'll need to look at the routing rules in the Router.

    uPNP is enabled in the router. When you say reboot do you mean just turn the radio off then on or do a cold boot? When I just turn the radio off then on, the Smartlink test still fails. I suppose I could also reboot the router.

    Well whatever happened Smartlink is now working. Didn't change anything. Maybe it needed time to find itself.😊

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
