Help! Is the Help Desk Alive?

Over the past few weeks, I have been trying to reach the help desk. I have left multiple tickets, but have not gotten a response. I have always gotten super-fast responses in the past. My question was whether Flex still services the 3000. I have one that might need a new mic connector.

    Flex Radio no longer services the legacy radios. Troy Radio has been doing repairs on them. There is a Facebook page that is kept up by Troy Radio that has their contact information.

    Correct. We do not service Flex-3000 radios anymore.

    Thanks, Mike. I have one that belonged to a friend. It reminds me of my 3000 days and how much I hated the FireWire interface.
