No GPS Lock Fixed!
My 8400M (running SmartSDR v.4.1.5.) would not lock onto a GPS. The radio's off/on button was always green no matter where I placed the GPS fob (even outside on my roof).
This $19. Amazon device fixed the problem instantly! <see photo below>
Now I get a blue "Lock Indication" within a few minutes of turning on the radio. The device also provides 100% isolation & lightening protection for the radio's GPS circuits.
These booster are priced from several thousand dollars for an industrial grade outdoor rated unit, down to the cheap junker pictured in the photo below.

Is this on the radio GNSS for the radio or the GPSDO?
