@Mick W8BE The SmartCAT setup you showed in GitHub has it fixed to Slice A. Flex doesn't have an option in SmartCAT to follow the active slice, or the TX slice. Commands are fixed to whichever slice is selected in the CAT setup. I'm curious if you found some way around this?

My TeensyMaestro software is set up to do PTT. The main PTT switch follows the TX slice.

I also have a couple of "contest" switches, one of which keys slice A, the other toggles slice B regardless of where the TX indicator is set. All three can be connected at once (don't forget which one does what!).

You don't need to build the whole TeensyMaestro, just the Teensy 4.1 (like an Arduino) and an I/O port expander. If you are interested, I can post more info and work with you to get it working.

Note that it does not use CAT, it uses the Flex TCP/IP API (i.e. Ethernet). This means that it won't work remotely without a VPN like SoftEther.

It looks like the command always turns mox on vfo A. I tried ZZFR which should toggle the active slice but it did nothing.

Maybe @Mike-VA3MW can educate us on how to do this. I would have assumed ZZFR would allow it to work.

@Mick W8BE I don't think it's possible using SmartCat. I which there were options for Active Slice and TX Slice in addition to the existing fixed slice choices. It's fairly easy with the API, but SmartCat is restricted.
