Problem with audio after upgrade to 4.0 on 6400M

I have a strange audio problem on receive. Transit audio is fine by reports. Receive is for lack of better word jittery. The other audio is clear but sounds like a high pitch jittery noise on top. I believe it is a network problem but maybe in the radio.

My latency screen shows an error rate of about 5.7% and the Radio RTT rate shows Error, Radio latency is about 90 to 107 ms. This is a remote connection but have tried multiple internet connections and have shut down the radio and power supply remotely several times.
Any help on what I can do to fix this would be appreciated.

If you are not already on 4.1.5, please do that and test. If the problem is still there, you might want to reset the radio.

Are you able to listen to the audio from the back of the radio, at least as a test?

Just saw this response. Yes the radio audio is perfect only happens when remoting into the radio. Although it seems to be a lot better after loading 4.1.5 so it may now be just the network connection itself.

Have you reset the radio (not reboot).

I did from power off apply power wait 2 minutes then press and hold the power button until I got the white light then let it boot up. That did make me have to log in again and lost all my memory but didn't make any difference. It is better if I turn the frame rate to 0. Which to me sounds like network latency so maybe nothing to be done I show 18M download speed from Miami where I am removing in from. Locally I am showing 24 mps down and 21 mps up with a latency of 40 ms.

Reset the radio - the process is outlined in the release notes. If that doesn't resolve you issues, please open a support ticket and let them know you've done that.
