Have you enabled DAX TX in right panel in SmartSDR?

in DAX control panel DAX TX should be blue. Do you see the level meter in DAX control panel moving? Set WSJT-X power all the way up and set DAX TX to 48. That should pt TX level right at zero without clipping.

Set TX audio frequency in WSJT-X around 1300. In WSJT-X setup under radio on right side set TX to CAT. Set mode to Data/Packet, set shift to Fake It. Fake It keeps TX between 1500 and 2000 Hz over the air.

last, set TX bandwidth to 100-3000

This is a great thread, I've read through all the messages and can't get any RF power from my Aurora.

Anyone still monitoring this thread? I need help. -Rod KU0W

Can you expand on this please. Is there no RF at all or just when using WSJT or some digital program.

If the later, I run digital modes on my AU-520 all the time and there is likely some sort of configuration issue. The digital setup is 100% identical to any FLEX-6000 or FLEX-8000 radio. If you can share a screen shot of digital program that shows the radio config and the audio config as well as entire screen of SmartSDR that would help.

Usually, it fails due to DAX not being configured correctly.

This video might help you out.
