i have attempted to open 3 tickets for help starting new years eve . have not even rcvd a bot response on any of them .
i purchased the sdr plus upgrade in early November and it does not appear to have been activated . was hoping to speak to someone at flex to find out why but calling them goes no where . any suggestions would be appreciated . this is for my 6400

    It has been closed but it was emailed to you. Your ISP likely ate it.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
