Flex 8400M looses Network

After a few weeks my 8400M suddenly lost the Network-Connection. My Router shows that the Radio ist connected, but the Maestro not there. I can work with SmartSDR, but not with the 8400 as a standalone TRX.
After making a "cold boot" all works ok for a few hours but suddenly the same happened.
Any idea ?

@Sven O. I would open a support ticket after you have tried to reset the radio.

What does the Network Windows tell you? Click the little bars on the button right next to the one that looks like a cellphone signal. It looks for dropped packets, which might be related to congestion or bad cable.

Sorry but I can't touch any button on the frontpanel. At least I opened a ticket at the helpdesk an Tim tried to fix the problem. What a great service but at the end it failed.
I have to send the radio back to get a repair. It seems that the computer of the frontpanel is broken and they will change it. Will see how long it takes.0 -
Now I got my 8400M back and it works again like it should. I didn't know exactly what has been repaired, but the fault happened in the frontpanel.
Again many thanks to Tim from the Helpdesk for all he tried.
