Is the Help Desk Busy?

I have always had excellent results with Flex Radio's help desk.

I am waiting on shipment for a replacement SD card for a 6700. It has been ten days. I was wondering if there is a problem.

    We have a lot of people out very sick. Thanks for the ticket number. I've asked someone to chase it down.

    Hi Gary… it would be best to contact the Help Desk directly through the link they provide on the ticket when it was opened. It's a separate communication path, specific to the Help Desk and your ticket.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
