Cannot connect to 6600M via Smartlink when remote

I have searched the community and have not found any posts that can help. I used to use my 6600M all the time. I upgraded to 4.0.1 and am now unable to connect. I tried the test button in SmartSDR, and it comes back with a "red" icon. This used to work. I am not sure what changed and have no idea how to diagnose. Please help! Is there a log that I can look at?

SmartSDR works great when I am on the same network. I also verified that the 6600M is logged into SmartLink.
I haven't changed anything on my local network. I cannot say that 4.0.1 caused.

    If you have rebooted the radio and your router and still have a RED button, then please open a support ticket.

    Rebooting the radio sends new commands to the router. Rebooting the router should clear any old uPNP entries.

    If you can log into your router, have a look at the uPNP tables and see if there is an entry for the radio.

    Thanks Mike. I don’t have a red button on the radio. It is a red icon in smartSDR when I click the “test”button. I can’t get smartSDR to connect. It used to work and I am have no idea what changed. I was hoping for a log or something to get more information on what is not working.

    I fixed it after watching that video. Thanks, Mike, for sharing that. My UPnP was disabled somehow.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
