SmartSDR for Windows v4.01
Hi,
On SmartSDR for Windows v.401, when I choose 20m on the Band option, the radio does not switch to 20m. Stays on the same band it was previously. In this example, I was on 30m band. Also the slice and the data associated disapears.
Please help.
Thanks

The region codes did change in v4. However, you should still be fine with normal operation.
You'll need to open a support ticket for the other issues.

Hi
Try reseting the radio and see if that resolves it. https://helpdesk.flexradio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020078612-How-to-Completely-Reset-a-FLEX-8000-6000

Is it the same procedure for a FLEX-6400M? I have both Smartlink Account configured in the 6400M and SmartSDR for Windows.

Paulo, if you are asking about resetting, all models are covered in that helpdesk article. Sorry if that is not what you are asking.

Ok, I did the Hard Reset. Why is my region NOR? Also, I still need to wait more than 3 minutes for software versions to appear.

Thanks Mike. The only issue I have now is waiting time of more than 3 minutes. SmartSDR for Windows is now behaving ok on 20m.
