no power

Hi, my Flex 6400 isn't giving me any more power. Since the last time I connected it with 100W, I turned off the radio. The next day, I turned it back on, and there was no power.
I emailed Flex, and they told me to install the FRStack3 program. I installed it and ran the tests Flex emailed me. The result is still 0 power. Any advice? Thanks.

You’re on the right track working with Flex support — they’ll be the ones to get this solved. A couple of things you might double-check in the meantime since “no RF power” can come from several places:
- Transmit mode: Make sure the radio is actually going into TX (red TX indicator, MOX or PTT).
- Operating mode & drive level: Confirm the mode (SSB, CW, DIGI, etc.) and that the RF Power slider isn’t turned all the way down.
- PTT/CAT configuration: If using external software, confirm that CAT/PTT commands are working and that you’re not in a receive-only configuration.
- TX inhibit settings: Look in the TX Band Settings — make sure “TX Inhibit” or “TX Disabled” isn’t checked for that band.
- External devices: If you’re routing through an amp, tuner, or other hardware, try bypassing them to rule out an external block.
- Software/firmware: Which SmartSDR version are you running?
- Mic/DAX input: If using DAX or digital modes, check that the right TX input is active and delivering audio/drive.
- Antenna port selection: Make sure the transmit antenna port is actually selected and connected to a load/dummy load.
If all that looks right and the rig still shows zero RF output, you’re doing the right thing — keep feeding Flex support the details (software version, what mode you’re testing in, what the front panel shows when you key up, etc.). They’ll walk you through the deeper diagnostics.
