Tuner Genius Not visible on the SmartSDR 3.9.19 App

Currently running SmartSDR 3.9.19
upgraded recently
On the day of the Upgrade The Tuner Genius was viable with the SmartSDR 3.9.19 App (windows version)
Power failure (commercial power) this morning
rebooted everything, the radios (I have Two Flex-6600's) and the Tuner Genius as well as the Antenna Genius and PGXL

However, the Tuner Genius is now no longer viewable within the SmartSDR 3.9.19 App

Is this a Bug ?

Has anyone else seen this.

When I first saw that the Tuner Genius could now be controlled within the SmartSDR App I thought fantastic, but now no more.

Should I try rolling back to prior version of SmartSDR and then reinstall version 3.9.19 ???

Thanks for any advice or same experiences you all may have

Tuner Genius is at version 1.2.17
Antenna Genius is at version (Firmware) 4.1.16

    wow no comments are suggestions ?

    We found the second FlexRadio is now seeing the Tuner Genius but not the other 6600

    We have Two 6600's and each shares the rest of the Genius Station controls
    Radio one is using just Port A
    Radio two is using just Port B

    But why is only one FlexRadio able to see Tuner Genius controls within the Radio Menu controls ?

    Any Tips would be appreciated

    Hi Steven,

    I didn't respond to your original post because I don't think I have much useful to offer. But here are a couple of comments for what they're worth.

    One is, Flex is aware there are bugs in the TG integration feature and are working on it. I'm having problems myself though a bit different than yours. I responded to a request for info about them from Eric here a while back and he was/is trying to get to the bottom of it. I also submitted a ticket which Tim is working. In my case the radio completely crashes very frequently using 3.9.18 (or 19) and 1.2.17, especially in MultiFlex mode which I use a lot. And even before each inevitable crash, the integration feature is pretty flakey. I can "turn off" the integration feature by regressing from 1.2.17 to 1.2.11 and then everything mostly works (though I have a strange issue with RX EQ working intermittently on, and only on, the Maestro either way).

    The only advice I can offer is, I can often resolve the flakiness part by restarting the TGXL. It sometimes requires restarting the PGXL too and even the whole radio. And it only lasts until I change something like by instantiating a new profile.

    These bugs seem to vary a lot in how they present and from what I can tell, plenty of folks aren't seeing them at all. Sorry, I know there's not much help in all of that but it's all I know.

    This looks like a bug. I'll report it for you. I just added my 6500 to Port B and it isn't visible.

    Hi Steven,

    I was one of the people who reported the problem to 4O3A and their response was the problem is on Flex’s end. And based on my interactions with competent people at Flex, that’s probably correct. So don’t expect anything to happen from 4O3A’s end.

    That said, the more data Flex has the easier it is for them to isolate and fix the problem. So submitting a ticket describing your issue carefully could be valuable. Just a suggestion.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu.
