Problem after replacing to a faster PC

I was all doing well with SSDR, 6600, tuner, amp etc on a Microsoft Surface Pro 6 tablet. It was overloaded (after adding 6 other prog) so I upgraded to a fast desktop PC. I fixed some VSP error, that came up. Now I cant get past a DAX driver error. Taking one step at a time, just want to get SSDR working again before going to HRD and WSJT later.

I used to get RX audio direct from the radio yesterday on an external speaker. now that stopped. Ive pushed a few buttons but nothing yet help. Here is a screenshot of what Im seeing. Should I ask Flex to log into my screen and fix this, if they can?

    The supp ticket provided detailed instructions. I had to turn off some high security feature on the new Dell i9 PC before installing SSDR. The solution was to remove all the DAX drivers and re-install them. The detailed instructions walked me though that and all is good now.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
