unable to connect remotly to smartlink

Hi, I have smart link currently running with automatic network settings. Test function gives a green light.

when I try to remotely connect it fails with the message "registered: need to be connected locally to determine." Also the confirmed: no is shown.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you, Stuart

Can you show your router port forwarding?

Interestingly enough, it shows your radio is not on the LAN but it has an outside internet address. That makes it fully exposed to the Internet.

How do you have it cabled?
