start the radio normally green light flashing then after a few minutes three sequence of red light starts, by the post I have read here is a boot failure, I wonder if flex would come out with a radio with a flash card recovery for boot up recovery?

I would do an export of your profiles, then do a factory reset. If that does not help, then you should submit a help desk ticket.
