Cannot connect toTGXL and PGXL utility

When I start either TGXL utility or PGXL utility or both on the PC, neither one shows a connection to the physical device. Help, thoughts? I was on the air two nights ago and had no issues then.

    I was able to get the PGXL utility working after I clicked on the "gear" in the utility. TGXL still will not connect.

    Can I change the antenna selection without the use of the TGXL utility?

    is the network light flickering on the TGXL?

    In the router device table does the TGXL show up?

    If the answer to either is no I d open a support ticket

    Yes to both questions. I opened a helpdesk ticket.

    Today, I decided to delete the TGXL utility, reboot, and install the current version (same version as the one I deleted) of TGXL from the Community web site. To my surprise when I started the TGXL utility (newly installed) it was able to connect to the TGXL.

    Sounds like your antivirus/firewall software did an upgrade and blocked the communications to the TG XL. By reinstalling the app, it recreated the firewall rules.
