I was in the middle of a digital VarAC QSO and SmartSDR terminated all by itself. The Power button on the 6600 was OFF, no color, and was unresponsive to power it off.

I pulled the DC, waited 2 minutes, powered it back on. Pressing the power button it flashed Green as usual and then went Yellow.

When I launch SmartSDR it tells me "License Required".

After refreshing several times I opened a ticket.

Good thing I'm not a big contest station or anything like that.

Still unacceptable!

    While unacceptable, so is getting a flat tire. :).

    This needs to be solved by our support team. I opened a ticket for you.
