How to fix SmartSDR after improper shutdown

Yesterday I had a brain cramp and powered down my 6500 with the front panel button before shutting down SmartSDR (v.2.8.1). Today the software won't properly connect to the radio. I tried uninstalling SmartSDR and reinstalling it, but that didn't work. How can I get things running again?

    That should not be an issue. It sounds like an issue with the PC and possibly the firewall on the PC got turned on. I'll open a ticket for you.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
