    New Antenna genius Issue

    While helping a friend this past weekend configure his new Antenna Genius 2 x 8, all went well except an issue with one of the ports. When ever we selected Antenna 4 on the B side, the Antenna Genius will reboot. This happens every time, all other ports are fine including Antenna 4 on A side.       Hi Larry

      I would email 403A directly and you can get their email address from their web page. They are usually pretty responsive. You will want to make sure you have their latest firmware.

      Thanks, the latest firmware is installed and I have a ticket submitted on their website.

      This issue was solved by just re seating the B Side ribbon cable plug.
