New Antenna genius Issue

in Antenna Genius

While helping a friend this past weekend configure his new Antenna Genius 2 x 8, all went well except an issue with one of the ports. When ever we selected Antenna 4 on the B side, the Antenna Genius will reboot. This happens every time, all other ports are fine including Antenna 4 on A side. Anyone seen this happen? https://youtu.be/PFktJLWRFtY

    Hi Larry

    I would email 403A directly and you can get their email address from their web page. They are usually pretty responsive. You will want to make sure you have their latest firmware.

    This issue was solved by just re seating the B Side ribbon cable plug.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
