Remote system for club members

Hello,
in our club of Liège in Belgium we would like to set up a remote system for the members. Let me explain: everyone cannot have a park of antennas well located. The idea would be to provide club members with a flex radio transmitter as well as well-located antennas that they could activate from home via the Internet.
This would be for example for 1 or 2 hours. This for free the only condition would be to be a member of the Club. The question is how to do it?

Sounds like you could do it by a central, antenna- and internet- connected Flex running v2.0 or 3.0 of the SmartSDR software. The easiest would be to leave it running 24x7. With the v2.x software you'd probably have to set up some sort of 'sign up sheet' to make sure only one person was trying to use the radio at a time. With V3, you could have two using the radio, but only 1 actually transmitting at any time.
The easiest would be to set up the radio with a SmartSDR ID and password, then let the members have access to the UserID and Password as needed to access the radio. Users with SmartSDR installed on their pc/laptop could then access the radio from anywhere in the world.
Does that help?
