SmartSDR and Fldigi

Can anyone suggest instructions or video to setup Fldigi 4.1.18 with SmartSDR 3.1.12.51? I have watched the videos and read instructions but they have all been for older versions of Fldigi or SmartSDR. I am having trouble setting up the CAT ports. I appear to receive garbage data and unable to transmit.

my screenshots are different and I am unable to follow your instructions.

I try to edit the com port but it will not allow this.
