Is that email address the one associated with your AppStore account? I suspect that Marcus is running some kind of filtering based upon the installed user base. I had that same issue when sending an email using a Fastmail account. However, I changed over the email address that is associated with my App Store account (also a Fastmail-associated account) and it went right through.

I've used that email address to communicate with Marcus a number of times. Perhaps a different browser or email client will work. He provides amazing support.
