FT8 problem on 60 meters

I'm running FT8 on all bands except 60 meters. Using a 6500 and latest version of wsft-x. I have
looked at a lot of post about problems.  When I go to 60M the freq on wsjt-x turns red and will
not allow transmit.  I copy fine.  Any ideas.

Try setting the high cut to 2500

Yes, 60M bandwidth must be less than 2.8 Khz so limit your TX bandwidth as necessary.

Changing the high or low cut has no effect.  I have tried everything that has been in all the posts
    that I have read.

turn off 'split operations' in wsjtx....

this will keep wsjtx fro sending a change freq command during transmit

Go to File>settings>Frequencies, right click on an entry and insert the 60M frequency.
This is not a default supplied frequency setting.

Thanks Bill.  I had thought about that but had not change a freq.  everything seems to be working
    fine now.
