What is the signal at 770kc with the strange sidebands... its a local religious stationimage

    It is "HD" AM Radio. Also know as Hybrid Digital.

    The "pedestals" contain digital data to supplement/replace the analog audio or other information. 

    WLW radio in Cincinnati (700khz/50KW) used to exhibit the same spectrum. Seemly becoming less & less common.

    Commercially available HD radio receivers. The format is a little more popular on FM broadcasts. The is an open source project on SourceForge, nrcs5, to decode HD FM. I don’t know if it will receive HD on AM.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
