Can ́t login with IPAD and smartlink

Hello everybody,
I have here a 6400 with Maestro for testing in order to purchase ;-)
The SDR in my own network works well with Maestro and/or with the Windows SDR software.
The radio is already registered and logged in via my Google account, Smartlink, etc.
The port forwarding should working well, it shows the green light :-)
It does not work with the SmartSDR App for IOS, because the login does not work.
Should actually work with the Google account data?
Unfortunately, the request with "forgotten password" does not work in the app.
Does anyone have any idea where the problem could be?

Kann ich natürlich tun. Ich nahm aber an, dass es am Smartlink hängt.
Bin noch Flex Anfänger.

Are you using the same account when registering the radio?
so are you using Google, Facebook, or FLEX ?
I think it needs to be the same that you logged the radio into.
Best thing to do is log the radio out unregister it and when you log it back in and re-register it using the PTT or local Key check REMEMBER what service you used to Register the Radio in and use the same service (Google, Facebook, or FLEX on the IPAD/IPhone out if you ever got it to login and re-login using the SAME login method (Google, Facebook, or FLEX) and then it should work for you.

I had the same issue, and noted this in the latest manual:
PLEASE NOTE: Social Logins like Facebook or Google have been removed from this App for security and privacy reasons. Facebook and Google are tracking your usage data when logging in.
If you already registered for SmartLink using Social Logins, I recommend to un-register from SmartLink and re-register again using an email/password pair. This can only be done locally on-site and using SmartSDR for Windows.
Unregistering , then re-registering Smartlink using the e-mail/password pair as suggested fixed it.

That could be the problem.
The IOS smartlink app requires a Flexradio login.

Now it works :-)
What have I done ?
1. unregister radio
2. logout from apps
3. register/login with email/pw
4. register radio
Why ?
It no longer works with google and/or facebook accounts for security reasons.
